Since 2001, several buildings have undergone extensive rehabilitation to provide trend-setting examples of upper floor living in Corning's Gaffer District. Although the majority of the projects have taken place on historic Market Street, we are also seeing transformation on the Northside of our district on Bridge Street. The first project was completed in 2009 at the site of the former Moose Club.
