Corning's Gaffer District and Elmira Savings Bank invite you to HARVEST in downtown Corning! Join us on Saturday, September 22nd from 12:00—6:00 pm on Market Street as we showcase Corning's Gaffer District as a food destination. Events include a Soup Off, pie contest, scavenger hunt sponsored by The Palace Theater, live music, and more!

SCAVENGER HUNT

Peruse our downtown's many shops, boutiques, and restaurants for the chance to win prizes! 25 participating businesses will be featured in our Scavenger Hunt sponsored by The Palace Theatre. Entry forms can be picked up and returned to the Gaffer District information tent located near Centerway Square. Prizes include movie passes, dinner certificates, and gift cards from participating businesses.

FREE FAMILY ACTIVITIES:

Bring out the kiddos for a fun time up and down Market Street. Enjoy all of the following activities free of charge

LIVE MUSIC

Enjoy music as you stroll down Market Street, with several stages featuring free performances by local and regional musicians. To be announced

CENTERWAY STAGE

POCKET PARK STAGE: (near Market Street Brewing Co.)

All events are FREE and open to the public. Due to the nature of the venue, guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs if desired. Limited seating will be available at each of the stages.

Market Street will be closed from Wall Street to Bridge Street, however, Cedar and Walnut Streets will remain open. Pedestrians should use caution and obey traffic signals at those intersections. The Centerway Parking Garage will remain open from both Tioga Avenue and Walnut Street entrances.
