Mark your calendars for May 23–25 because GlassFest Weekend 2025 is coming in hot with molten glass, music that slaps, yoga in the park, pony rides, good eats, hot air balloons, and enough artsy action to fill your camera roll and your soul.

🔥 FRIDAY, MAY 23 – The Kickoff Spark

Start your morning zen with Yoga in the Park led by Crystal Heart Yoga (9 AM & 10:05 AM), then swing by Centerway Square for the National Poppy Day Ceremony at 11:45 AM, followed by the official Glass Ribbon Cutting at noon!

Then it's go-time:

  • Market Street turns into a shopper’s dream from 12 PM–8 PM with on-street vendors galore. Local goodies, handmade treasures, snacks you didn’t know you needed—it's all here.
     

  • Get mesmerized at glass blowing demos every hour at the Corning Museum of Glass stage (Centerway Stage).
     

  • Got kiddos (or just like ponies)? Head to Krouge Park from 1–4 PM for Mountain Rose Farm Pony Rides.
     

✨ Dance & Dine takes over Market Street with live music from noon to evening. Whether you’re into indie folk, rock, or singer-songwriter vibes, one of the five blocks of performers will hit just right.

 

🎨 Art lovers: catch the Public Art Tour with Meghan at 4 PM (meet at the Centennial Sculpture at the intersection of Wall and Market St)  and see downtown through a colorful lens.

🌟 SATURDAY, MAY 24 – The Epic Middle

Start early with the Wineglass 8K Race at 8 AM or ease in with Yoga in the Park (9 AM & 10:05 AM). From 11 AM–7 PM, Market Street will be bursting with vendors, music, art, and fun for the whole fam:

  • 🎶 Live music at Marich Music Stage

  • 🎨 Painted Love Face Painting with Jen Skella presented by Empire Access

  • 🖼️ Public Art Tours with Meghan meeting at Centennial Sculpture at 11AM, 2PM, & 5PM

  • 🎩 Collin Ward Magic Shows at 11 AM, 5 PM, & 7 PM

  • 🎡 YMCA Kids’ Zone from 11 AM–7 PM in Krogue Park

👒 Unveiling of the Glass Fascinator – Centerway Square Stage at 2:30 PM

This is a can’t-miss, ultra-unique GlassFest moment. World-renowned hat designer Christine Moore crafted a stunning fascinator (yes, like the ones seen at the Kentucky Derby), and legendary glass artist Janusz Pozniak made an actual glass replica. That’s right—glass couture is happening, and you’ll get to witness the grand reveal of this fashion-meets-fire masterpiece live on stage. It’s bold. It’s beautiful. It’s so Corning.
