Hometown Hero Banners

The Gaffer District is honored to celebrate the courage, service, and sacrifice of our local veterans and active-duty service members through the Hometown Hero Banner Program.

This special initiative offers family members, friends, and neighbors the chance to sponsor a personalized banner featuring the name, photo, and military branch of their loved one. Displayed throughout downtown Corning, these banners stand as a proud and lasting tribute—reminding us all of the individuals who have selflessly served our country.

While current banner availability is limited due to space, a waitlist is open for those who wish to take part in this meaningful display of gratitude.
